1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and apk444 ("apk444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the apk444 platform available at apk444.club and all related services, games, features, and content offered thereon.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the apk444 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms apply to all users of apk444, including registered players, visitors, and any individual accessing the platform from Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction. Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorised by apk444, and the user assumes full legal responsibility for such use.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to apk444 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. apk444 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of apk444 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full legal responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your own jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from apk444 under a self-exclusion period that remains active.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that has led a competent authority or healthcare provider to advise you to refrain from gambling activities.

apk444 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any registered player at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by apk444 will result in account restriction or closure and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending a compliance review.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of apk444 services, you must register a personal account via the apk444 Login page at apk444.club/apk444-login. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address). You must update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

apk444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on apk444. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different device, or a different payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, apk444 will suspend all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your apk444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact apk444 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. apk444 will suspend your account pending a security review. apk444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

apk444 operates a Know Your Customer policy under which players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point during their use of the platform:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

apk444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment methods, all transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, and BRAC Bank direct transfer. All payment accounts used must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your apk444 account.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit at apk444 is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your apk444 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. apk444 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. apk444 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours and may take up to 24 hours.

apk444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification, proof of address, or source of funds evidence. Where such documentation is requested, the withdrawal timeline does not begin until satisfactory documentation is received.

4.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. apk444 may notify the account holder via their registered contact details prior to applying any inactive account fee. Inactive account fees, where applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing a KYC review if required.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

apk444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Players who have opted out of marketing communications remain eligible for standard platform bonuses but may not receive personalised promotional offers. Bonuses are awarded on a per-account basis; duplicate accounts used to claim multiple bonuses will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses being voided.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the account balance without replacement.

5.3 Misuse of Bonuses

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game operates under the rules published by its respective provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server outcome, the game server record is the authoritative result.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled before the minimum playing time required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using apk444, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes grounds for account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds at apk444's discretion.

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and throughout the account lifecycle. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• You must not use the platform while in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. The determination of applicable law in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or third-party assistance to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any advantage not available to a standard player using the platform interface as intended.
• You must not attempt to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the apk444 platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Exploitation of a known bug is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You must not use offensive, abusive, or harassing language toward apk444 support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
• You must not attempt to access another player's account or any administrative system of apk444 without explicit authorisation.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your apk444 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, apk444 will process any pending withdrawals of cleared, withdrawable funds before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by apk444

apk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is or has become ineligible to use the platform (including by reason of age, jurisdiction, or self-exclusion)
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is involved in suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information
• apk444 is required to close the account by a legal obligation or regulatory instruction
• The account has been used in association with a multiple-account scheme

Where an account is closed by apk444 due to confirmed breach of these Terms, apk444 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance where that balance is derived from the breach in question. In all other cases, the remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days of the closure decision.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from apk444 for responsible gaming reasons may do so through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period expires will be subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off delay.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the apk444 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or financial loss arising from technical interruptions, third-party payment failures, or actions taken by apk444 in good faith in accordance with these Terms.

apk444 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. apk444 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.

apk444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits apk444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

apk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights, payment conditions, or game rules — apk444 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered contact details or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes to reflect updated legal requirements — may take effect immediately upon publication without specific notice to individual players. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the apk444 platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.
